Intel HD 620 corrupt texture readback with glGetTexImage

  • HI, Our software uses glGetTexImage to read back a simple 2D texture and save it to disk. We have been using this technique for several years with no problem. Recently, two different users with new computers have reported crazy artifacts on the images we save with this technique. In both cases, the users had Intel HD 620 graphics cards. One user took his computer back, got a different computer with the HD 620 card, and experienced the same issue. Please help. Thanks! I did not find the right solution from the Internet.
